We prepare scratch-made dough daily that rises for a minimum of 22 hours up to 30 hours. We use a mix of “00” flour and all purpose. (Read: no frozen dough and your digestive tract likes it better). All of our pizza bases start with our tomato sauce made with imported San Marzano tomatoes (that we hand crush) and fresh sweet basil and herbs, except for Pizza 1, which does not have sauce.Although we can accommodate some customers’ requests, because of the volume and nature of our pizzas, we cannot split toppings.
